 仕事内容Job description |
■ 仕事内容
フロントエンドエンジニアとして、自社LLMプロダクトの開発、運用を担っていただきます。
また、受託案件におけるフロントエンド開発業務を行っていただきます。基本的に少数精鋭チームのため、フロントエンド中心にはなりますが、フルスタックに取り組んでいただくことになります。
【プロダクト開発】
・受託開発における成果をもとに、自社プロダクト化を行う際に、中心的な役割を担う。
・設計、開発、運用などが対象。
・プロダクトは、ソリューション基盤としてライブラリ化までを行うようなケースもあれば、SaaSビジネスを目指すケースもある。
【受託開発】
・PoCフェーズ:シンプルなGUIとともに成果を検証するためのシステム開発
・本番フェーズ:基本的には顧客側がシステム開発の主体を担うことが多いが、AI部分についてはUXを主導
【開発環境・言語】
インフラ: Azure (Container Apps、AI Search、Cosmos DBなど)
構成管理: Terraform、Bicep
言語: JavaScript
フレームワーク: Next.js, Tailwind CSS
その他: Docker、GitHub、GitHub Copilot
As a Front-End Engineer, you will be responsible for the development and operation of our in-house LLM (Large Language Model) product.
You will also handle front-end development for client projects. Although the role focuses on front-end tasks, you will be expected to contribute in a full-stack capacity due to the small, elite team structure.
【Product Development】
• Play a central role in productizing the outcomes of client-based development into proprietary products.
• Tasks include design, development, and operations.
• Depending on the case, the product may be turned into a reusable solution library or developed as a SaaS business.
【Client-Based Development】
• PoC Phase: Develop systems with simple GUIs to validate outcomes.
• Production Phase: While the client usually leads system development, you will be responsible for leading the UX for the AI components.
【Development Environment & Languages】
• Infrastructure: Azure (Container Apps, AI Search, Cosmos DB, etc.)

【必須要件】
・Webアプリケーションにおけるフロントエンドの開発経験(React.js, Next.js)
・クラウド (Azure、GCP、AWSいずれか) を利用したシステム開発・移行・運用経験
・フロントエンド技術に関し、ビジネス要件を考慮した意思決定や、チームと協調した方針相談ができること
・N1以上の日本語力

【Required Qualifications】
-Front-end development experience in web applications (React.js, Next.js)
-Experience in system development, migration, or operations using cloud platforms (Azure, GCP, or AWS)
-Ability to make decisions considering business requirements and collaborate with the team regarding front-end technology direction
-Japanese language proficiency at N1 level or higher
【Preferred Skills】
-Experience in project management or managing external vendors
-Certification related to cloud platforms (GCP, Azure, AWS)
-Experience in agile development projects
-Knowledge of servers and networks

Trial period: 3 months
