With a focus on recruiting, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

-Recruitment

-MVV formulation and promotion

応募資格Requirement [Requirements]*All required
・Experience in recruiting for a wide range of positions, from recruitment planning and requirements definition, and consistently achieving results above a certain level
・2+ years of experience as a manager leading complex discussions involving high-level personnel within the company, such as executives (including managerial experience on the business side)
・Japanese language ability: Able to interview in Japanese

・HR experience in a company with 10 to 100 employees
