仕事内容Job description [Job Summary]
JOSYS has expanded rapidly in just two years since its founding, and continues to grow at a globally top-class pace. In order to continue to achieve the fastest sales growth rate in the Japanese market, which is the pillar of our revenue, we are launching a Sales Engineering organization.

We are looking for someone who can play an active role as our first Sales Engineer Manager, with the mission of leading the further acceleration of sales to major customers, mainly enterprises.

We are looking for someone who has the will/can to commit to business growth while adapting to the dynamism and rapid rate of change that is unique to startups.

[Job Details]
Planning and executing sales strategies
-Work backwards from the business strategy and work with Direct Sales to formulate and execute sales strategies
-Raising issues for customers, sorting out problems, proposing value, assessment, basic design, initial design and implementation of onboarding support
Sales generation
-Providing sales and technical solutions to customers in Japan
-Developing existing and new customers in parallel with Direct Sales
-Visiting customers and reporting technical and commercial results and problems
-Creating materials and presentations for sales negotiations that require technical solutions, and supporting sales managers from a commercial perspective
Organizational design and operation
-Recruiting and building a sales engineer team
-Forming and managing a scalable organization through training and onboarding
応募資格Requirement [Required qualifications]
*Those who meet the following criteria
・Pre-sales (sales engineer) experience for large companies: 5 years or more
・Deep specialized understanding of all aspects of IT in large companies (especially security, network, cloud infrastructure, asset management, authentication and authority management)
・Business level or higher English proficiency

[Preferred qualifications]
・Pre-sales experience in network and security products
・Bachelor's degree in computer science/engineering, mathematics, or related field, CISSP holder
・Experience in setting up a pre-sales (sales engineer) organization
・Experience managing a pre-sales (sales engineer) organization
