【会社概要】
細胞外⼩胞(EV)は、⽣体内の情報伝達を担う重要な因⼦として様々な⽣体現象に関わっており、癌細胞は、早期の段階からEV を産⽣・放出し周辺の正常細胞を巻き込んで微⼩環境を形成することで、増殖や転移に好適な環境を作っています。
この企業は、癌に関与する EV をできるだけ早期に発⾒し分析し、医薬品の選択⽅法や最適な治療⽅法を診断する⽅法を開発しています。また EV が癌の悪化・転移の原因であるとき、その調節法を開発し、調節剤を開発にも従事しています。
Extracellular vesicles (EVs) are important factors in transmitting information within the body and are involved in various biological phenomena. Cancer cells produce and release EVs from an early stage, and by involving surrounding normal cells, they create a microenvironment that is favorable for proliferation and metastasis.
This company is developing methods to detect and analyze EVs involved in cancer as early as possible, and to diagnose how to select medicines and the optimal treatment method. In addition, when EVs are the cause of cancer progression or metastasis, they are developing methods to regulate them and are also engaged in developing regulators. |

国内でのネットワーク構築
・新規、既存医療機関の管理業務
・同部署内のヒューマンマネジメント(2-3名)

・事業戦略
・資金調達関連業務
資金調達活動

[Job Description]

1. Expanding the testing business overseas (English required)
・Explanation of the testing business overseas (to customers)
・Instruction of testing operations overseas (to customers and testing companies)
・Equipment management for testing (purchasing equipment from foreign agencies and maintenance management, etc.)
・Administrative work related to English documents)
・Other work associated with overseas licenses)
2. Building a domestic network
・Management of new and existing medical institutions
・Human resource management within the department (2-3 people)
・Contract-related work with medical institutions
・Planning and progress management of joint research plans
・Decision-making in collaboration with management and other departments
・Business strategy
3. Fundraising-related work
・Fundraising activities
・Support for Series A' procurement
・Assistance with additional investment from existing investors
・Follow-up on existing projects
・Listing new projects and door-knocking |
