プロダクトチームは、クライアントの課題を理解し、プロダクトの進化を牽引する中心的な役割を担っています。ビジネスチーム・開発チームと非常に近い距離感で協業しながら成長をリードしていただきます。
今後のプロダクト進化のため、プロダクトマネージャーとして以下の業務を担っていただける方を募集します。

- プロダクト要件・ユーザーストーリー定義
- 新機能や現行機能のUI/UX設計
- 開発ロードマップの策定、新規機能の企画、実装、ローンチの推進
- ビジネス部門と連携した顧客課題の抽出と整理

【必須要件】
・自社サービスのプロダクトマネージャー、あるいはそれに順ずる職種の経験2年以上
・エンジニアやセールス、CSなどとの協業経験
・規模の大小問わずプロジェクトを自らが推進し、リーダーシップを発揮したご経験
・英語の読み書きでのコミュニケーション能力をお持ちな方、もしくは高い習得意欲のある方
・必要な日本語力:N1
【歓迎要件】
・SaaSやBtoBプロダクトのプロダクトマネジメント経験
・アジャイル開発の経験
・新規事業立ち上げのご経験

・Over 2 years of experience as a product manager for your own company's services or in a similar position
・Experience collaborating with engineers, sales, CS, etc.
・Experience in driving projects and demonstrating leadership, regardless of scale
・Able to communicate in written and spoken English, or have a strong desire to learn
・Required Japanese ability:N1
