This company develops and deploys their own system as a specialized ISV partner company of Salesforce that provides services focused on advanced integration solutions (ISV products and services) with Salesforce. They provide "true real-time connection" for integration between Salesforce and any system of record. They believe that only when front-end applications like Salesforce are deeply integrated with core back-end processes and data can people work and communicate in new ways, and they develop, introduce and deploy their own system to achieve this.

The company develops system products to facilitate integration between SAP and Salesforce. This system enables application integration without the need for back-end system work, and furthermore, with a unique architecture that combines replication and real-time, they reconstruct the design to link by reference rather than copying data (which can be difficult to develop and maintain). All of this is achieved with cutting-edge tools that can be achieved without code development. |
 仕事内容Job description |
自社製品のソフトウェアコンサルタントとして、以下の業務を担当して頂きます。
・お客様の要件とビジネスプロセスを理解
・SalesforceとSAPをつなぐエンドツーエンドソリューションの要件定義でお客様をサポート
・他のコンサルタントと協働し、システムアーキテクチャ、ソリューションの詳細設計、SAPとSalesforceの業務プロセスマッピング、ならびにSAP API仕様の確認、本番稼働サポート及び本番稼働後サポートを行う
・プロジェクト経験に基づき、Overcastのスタンダードアプリケーション(Overcast Components)を構築し、Overcast Component Libraryを通じて新しい機能を利用可能にする
・毎週の社内プロジェクトチーム会議や、必要に応じた臨時ミーティングへの参加
・プロジェクト達成に向け、他のコンサルタントと協力する
・自社製品とSalesforce(およびSAP)製品に関する知識を保つ
・お客様やプロジェクトメンバーと協調して業務に取り組む

As a software consultant for the company's products, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
・Understand customer requirements and business processes
・Support customers in defining requirements for end-to-end solutions connecting Salesforce and SAP
・Work with other consultants to develop system architecture, detailed solution design, SAP and Salesforce business process mapping, and SAP API specifications, and provide production and post-production support
・Based on project experience, build Overcast standard applications (Overcast Components) and make new functions available through the Overcast Component Library
・Participate in weekly internal project team meetings and ad-hoc meetings as necessary
・Work with other consultants to achieve project success
・Maintain knowledge of the company's products and Salesforce (and SAP) products
・Work in cooperation with customers and project members

・大学卒業または同等の学力を有する方
・Java、C#、Apexによるソフトウェア開発および/またはビジネスソフトウェア実装の経験
・日本語での高いコミュニケーション能力
・プレゼンテーション能力
・マルチタスクと成果物の優先順位付けができること
■Requirements:
・University graduate or equivalent academic ability
・Experience in software development and/or business software implementation using Java, C#, Apex
・Strong communication skills in Japanese
