The company is a telemedicine service that connects ophthalmologists and patients, and aims to provide equal access to eye care in remote areas, remote islands, emerging countries, and other parts of the world where there is a shortage of ophthalmologists.

 仕事内容Job description |
採用企業様の眼科遠隔診療のサービス提供のためのwebシステム・クラウドシステム・アプリ開発と保持等をご担当頂きます。
You will be responsible for developing and maintaining the web systems, cloud systems, and applications to provide ophthalmology telemedicine services. |

【必須要件】
・バックエンド開発(Ruby on RailsとPostgreSQL)とインフラサイド(Google Cloud Platform、およびKubernetes)のいずれかの経験
・ビジネスレベルの英語力
【歓迎要件】
・フロントエンド開発(STIMULUSの経験)、AndroidやKotlinを用いたモバイル開発
[Requirements]
- Experience in either back-end development (Ruby on Rails and PostgreSQL) and/or infrastructure side (Google Cloud Platform and Kubernetes)
- Business-level English proficiency
[Preferred requirements]
- Experience in front-end development (STIMULUS), mobile development using Android and Kotlin |

想定年収 :年俸400-500万、ストックオプションの支給あり(勤務後1年にて1%程度を想定)
勤務地 :リモート可(日本全国やアジアからリモートで勤務可能、3～4時間ほどの時差なら許容)
勤務時間 :フレックスタイム(コアタイム11:00~15:00)
休日 :完全週休2日(土・日)、祝祭日
休暇 :夏季休暇、年末年始休暇、その他の休暇有

Estimated annual income: ￥4~5 m, Stock options are available (1% after 1 year of joining)

Holidays: 2 days a week (Saturdays and Sundays), national holidays
