Some of their products include a service that uses AI to analyze 30,000 domestic and international media outlets and delivers news that will interest users, such as related information, new fields, macro information, and overseas information, as well as a service that uses AI to analyze market trends and competitor movements to support strategy formulation.

当ポジションはResearch部門における自然言語処理・機械学習の研究開発及び部門のマネジメントをお任せします。
①自然言語処理の研究開発業務
・ プロダクトにおける自然言語処理・機械学習機能の開発
・ 大規模言語モデルの研究開発、ビジネス文書の要約・生成に関する研究
・ ニュース・特許・論文・社内データなど大量のテキストデータを用いたナレッジグラフを構築する技術の開発
②組織マネジメント業務
・ 数年先のプロダクト、事業計画を達成するためのリサーチ組織の設計・構築
・ 組織づくりに向けた採用活動の牽引
・ 学会発表やイベント登壇、論文発表などの採用PR活動の推進
・ パフォーマンスを最大化させるため組織作りや部門を超えた連携

[Job Description]
You will be responsible for research and development of natural language processing and machine learning, as well as department management.
①Natural language processing research and development
・ Development of natural language processing and machine learning functions in products
・ Research and development of large-scale language models, research on summarizing and generating business documents
・ Development of technology to build knowledge graphs using large amounts of text data such as news, patents, papers, and internal data
②Organization management
・ Design and build a research organization to achieve products and business plans several years in the future
・ Lead recruitment activities to build an organization
・ Promote recruitment PR activities such as academic conference presentations, event appearances, and paper presentations
・ Build an organization and collaborate across departments to maximize performance

・自然言語処理に対する深い知識と業務経験 (特に、深層学習を用いた自然言語処理の実務経験
・理工系大学院修了
・R&D組織のマネジメント経験
・日本語力:日本語で面接出来る方
