自社プロダクトであるニュースアプリののバックエンド&インフラのテックリードを募集しています。
ユーザーに近いウェブ/モバイルフルスタックチームにおいて、
クラウドを利用したインフラ設計、マイクロサービスアーキテクチャの設計およびバックエンドの開発やサービスの技術的な品質担保、技術戦略の策定をお任せします。
具体的には、
・マイクロサービスアーキテクチャ設計、技術選定、インフラ構成の作成、およびレビュー
・バックエンドの設計、実装、およびレビュー
・技術戦略の立案および推進

[Job description]
They are looking for a backend & infrastructure tech lead for our product, a news app.
You will be responsible for cloud-based infrastructure design, microservice architecture design and backend development, technical quality assurance of services, and technical strategy development in a web/mobile full-stack team close to users.

- Microservice architecture design, technology selection, infrastructure configuration, and review
- Back-end design, implementation, and review

【必須要件】
・流暢なレベルの日本語力
・5年以上のバックエンド開発経験、および3年以上のインフラ設計経験
・AWS、Azure または GCP を使ったクラウドインフラ設計の経験あるいはそれに準ずる知識
・Terraform や CloudFormation などによる構成管理の経験
・技術選定の経験
・開発チームの生産性を向上させる取り組みの経験
└ コードレビュールールやガイドラインの策定
└ 開発環境の整備(ローカル開発環境 / CI・CDなど)

・OSSへのコントリビュート経験
・データベース選定経験
・大規模なデータの移行計画策定経験
・WAFなどのファイヤーウォールの設計および設定経験

[Requirements]
- Fluent level of Japanese language skills
- 5+ years of back-end development experience and 3+ years of infrastructure design experience
- Experience in cloud infrastructure design using AWS, Azure, or GCP, or equivalent knowledge
- Experience with configuration management using Terraform, CloudFormation, etc.
- Experience in technology selection
- Experience in efforts to improve productivity of development teams
