We also operate Resale, a secondary distribution market for contemporary art, and 9s Gallery, a gallery.

[Recruitment Background]
Currently, the world's art assets are worth 1.7 trillion US dollars, and art has proven to be an attractive asset class. In addition, the contemporary art market has seen a remarkable boom on a global scale, especially since the 2000s. Despite this boom, it is said that the actual total amount of circulation is only 3-4% of the total due to various barriers.

By lowering the barriers to cross-border art investment and collection in the US$1.7 trillion art market, we aim to create new fluidity in the art industry and achieve our mission of "enabling artists to advance globally and develop their careers."

Currently, we have about 20 members on staff, consisting of Business, Product, Corporate and Operations teams, and are in the process of accelerating recruitment and expanding our organization in order to expand our business in the future.
仕事内容Job description [Job Description]
- Sales activities to individual art collectors
- Sales activities to corporations (art galleries and art dealers)
- Planning and execution of measures to acquire new individual and corporate customers
- Overseas sales to acquire new customers, including business trips to overseas art fairs
- Online communication using email, SNS, and Zoom, and offline communication including overseas business trips
- Sales and customer data management using Notion, Google Spreadsheets, and Salesforce

* We have prepared an onboarding training program on art sales to help you achieve results within 3 months of joining the company.
応募資格Requirement ■ Required qualifications
- Fluent level Japanese language skills
- Business level English skills (conversation and negotiation including reading and writing)
- Able to empathize with our vision
- Motivated to actively learn about the contemporary art industry
- Interested in finance and investment, and able to keep up with the latest information and continue to learn
- Standard PC skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and IT literacy
- Able to keep up with the latest IT skills
- Tools used: Salesforce / Notion / Kintone / Slack / Zoom / SNS, etc.

■ Required experience/achievements
- Practical experience in individual/corporate sales (3 years or more)
- Experience in developing leads yourself (referral sales experience)
Those with any of the following experience
- Experience of receiving evaluation/reward based on individual performance
- Experience of receiving award based on individual performance
