老舗原料専門商社である当社にて、機能化学品の法人営業をお任せします。
具体的には:
・国内外既存ユーザーへの営業活動
・国内外既存仕入先、新規仕入先への営業活動
・新規商品の開発
・その他、営業/販売活動に関わる業務全般
<業務の特徴>
・主な営業の流れ:顧客先訪問→ニーズ把握→製品提案→見積
※その後の受注→発注→納期納品管理は事務員が担当します。
・営業方法:訪問がメイン、電話やオンラインにて商談実施
・新規顧客の獲得は基本的に既存顧客からの紹介のため、開拓要素は基本的にはありません。
<入社後の流れ>
・マネージャーを中心にOJT形式で研修を行います。
・入社後2~3か月は営業同行し、先輩社員のトークを聞き商材知識を習得します。
・入社後半年ほどで顧客を引継ぎ、最終的に15~20社程度の顧客を担当いただきます。
<顧客/商材について>
主要な仕入先にはADEKA、ディップ、花王などの大手企業が含まれており、エンジンオイル、潤滑油などの原材料を扱います。
エンジンオイルを例に挙げると、自動車エンジンを取り扱っている顧客に商材を提案し、当社が提案した寒冷地に強いオイルが使用されるなど、法人用の製品から身近な製品まで幅広い用途があるため様々なメーカーから引き合いがあります。
<配属先情報>
化学品部 機能化学品グループ(4名):マネージャ―(50代前半)、メンバー(3名:40代2名、30代1名)
<働く環境>
月平均残業時間は20時間前後となっており、リモートワークは社内ルール上では週1可能です。ISOを取得している点から残業が少なく、ワークライフバランスの取れた職場となっております。

創業110年以上の歴史を誇り、食品油糧・化粧品・医薬品・化学品・エアゾール・塗料・コーティングインキ・燃料・潤滑油・包装物流資材・流動パラフィン等、原料を扱う専門商社として発展してきました。1,500社以上の顧客と取引をしており、長期に渡り信頼関係を築いてきました。

We will entrust you with corporate sales of functional chemicals at our company, a long-established raw material specialized trading company.
Specifically:
・Sales activities to existing users in Japan and overseas
・Sales activities to existing and new suppliers in Japan and overseas
・Development of new products
・Other general duties related to sales/sales activities
<Characteristics of the job>
・Main sales flow: Customer visit → Understanding needs → Product proposal → Estimate
※Subsequent order → Order → Delivery date management will be handled by the office staff.
・Sales method: Mainly visits, business negotiations conducted over the phone or online
・New customers are basically acquired through referrals from existing customers, so there is basically no development element.
<Process after joining the company>
・Training will be conducted in an OJT format, led by the manager.
・For 2-3 months after joining the company, you will accompany sales staff and listen to senior employees' talks to acquire product knowledge.
・You will take over customers about 6 months after joining the company, and will ultimately be responsible for about 15-20 customers.
<About customers/products>
Major suppliers include major companies such as ADEKA, Dip, and Kao, and we handle raw materials such as engine oil and lubricants.
For example, engine oil is proposed to customers who handle automobile engines, and the oil proposed by our company that is resistant to cold climates is used. There are a wide range of uses, from corporate products to everyday products, and we receive inquiries from various manufacturers.
<Assignment information>
Chemicals Department, Functional Chemicals Group (4 people): Manager (early 50s), Members (3 people: 2 in their 40s, 1 in their 30s)
<Working environment>
The average monthly overtime hours are around 20 hours, and remote work is possible once a week according to company rules. As we have acquired ISO certification, there is little overtime, and we have a good work-life balance.
<Our characteristics>
We have a history of over 110 years since our founding, and have developed into a specialized trading company that handles raw materials such as food oils, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, aerosols, paints, coating inks, fuels, lubricants, packaging logistics materials, and liquid paraffin. We do business with over 1,500 customers and have built long-term relationships of trust. |
