■業務内容:海外クライアント向けにアフィリエイト広告の提案業務をご担当いただき、お客様の集客課題の解決をしていただきます。WEBでの営業活動の中で、GMOインターネットグループの長年のナレッジを活用した顧客第一の提案営業を実施します。顧客のニーズに合わせた自社商材やソリューションの提供も可能です。
■組織構成
多国籍のメンバーが在籍しており、中国人3名・韓国人2名・日本人1名の6名のメンバーで構成されています。
原則出社での勤務となるため、日本語でのコミュニケーションを基本に英語、中国語など様々な言語と触れ合いながら和気あいあいと業務を進めている組織です。
■具体的な仕事内容:
(1)お客様の集客課題・ニーズをヒアリング
(2)課題解決のための提案
お客様の元でアフィリエイト広告・リスティング広告・ディスプレイ広告・SNS連動型の広告など、あらゆる手法とを組み合わせながら、最適な集客戦略を提案していきます。
(3)受注後の流れ
広告を用いた集客戦略導入後の展開や、効果検証についてもお客様と営業ですり合わせを実施。 後工程の広告運用に関しては専門の運用部署が担当します。
■クライアント:
海外の通信販売業界やゲーム業界のお客様を中心に課題解決をお願いいたします。その他、複数の集客詳細をもっているため、 あなたの新しいアイデア次第で、あらゆる業界・企業にも販路を広げ提案することが出来ます。

■Job description
You will be in charge of proposing affiliate advertising to overseas clients and solving their customer acquisition issues. In online sales activities, you will carry out customer-first proposal sales using the long-standing knowledge of the GMO Internet Group. We can also provide our own products and solutions to meet customer needs.
■Organizational structure
We have multinational members, consisting of six members: three Chinese, two Korean, and one Japanese.
As the general rule, you will work in the office, so we communicate in Japanese as a base and work in a harmonious atmosphere while interacting with various languages such as English and Chinese.
■Specific job description
(1) Hearing about customer acquisition issues and needs
(2) Proposals for solving issues
We will propose the best customer acquisition strategy by combining various methods such as affiliate advertising, listing advertising, display advertising, and SNS-linked advertising.
(3) Flow after receiving an order
The sales department will coordinate with the customer on the development of the advertising strategy after its implementation and the effectiveness verification. The specialized operations department will be in charge of the post-process of advertising operations.
■Clients
Please solve problems mainly for customers in the overseas mail order and game industries. In addition, since we have multiple customer acquisition details, we can expand sales channels and propose them to any industry or company depending on your new ideas. |
