既存顧客を中心に、マグロやハマチをはじめとした水産物の仕入・販売・輸出入などの業務をお任せいたします。

【入社後の流れ】
入社後は、日本国内の仕入れ先とのやり取りを通じて、業界知識、商品知識を習得していただき、入社された方の経験やスキルに応じて、国内業務をご担当して頂いた後、徐々に海外とのやり取りや実際の仕入れを担当していただきます。段階を踏みつつ、先輩社員がOJTの形でフォローしていきます。(独り立ちの目安:半年～1年)
冷凍マグロに関しては、日本国内販売・海外市場販売がリンクしますので、双方の市場への販売能力が求められます。

[Process after joining the company]
After joining the company, you will acquire industry and product knowledge through interaction with suppliers in Japan, and depending on your experience and skills, you will be responsible for domestic operations before gradually taking on overseas interaction and actual purchasing. Senior employees will follow you step by step in the form of on-the-job training. (Guideline for becoming independent: six months to one year).
As for frozen tuna, domestic sales in Japan and overseas markets are linked, so the ability to sell to both markets is required.
