仕事内容Job description [About The Role]
To meet growing demands from the Japanese market, especially from the top Japanese logistics companies, we are now looking for a new member who could manage ongoing and upcoming projects in Japan. The projects are expected to be complex and dynamic, involving external and internal stakeholders from customers to system integrators to Dexterity’s product and engineering teams in the US. You will play a critical role in coordinating successful product development and deployment at scale.

[Responsibilities (including but not limited to)]
1. Understand the Dexterity system architecture and explain to key partners and customers how the Dexterity system works
2. Understand customers’ operational requirements and system requirements to facilitate the integration of Dexterity systems into the customer site, such as facility footprint, the integration with WMS, SCADA or control platform, safety systems, and UI
3. Lead the collection and analysis of customer operational data, such as data on package throughput, dimensions, weight, or types
4. Lead the technical and operations parts of business proposals to prospect customers
5. Summarize the identified customer requirements as a report and contribute to the updates of MRD (Market Requirement Documents)
6. Support the product team and system engineering team in customizing or further developing the system architecture to meet requirements in the Japanese market
7. Ensure successful deployment of robotic applications in Japan by managing command-line Linux operations and network configurations
8. Provide remote or on-site technical support for the systems being installed at customer sites, subject to responsibility allocation with key local partners
9. Contribute to the compliance with laws and regulations required for system deployments in Japan
応募資格Requirement [Requirements]
1. Engineering background in computer science, robotics, or related fields
2. Proficiency in Linux command line
3. Proficiency in Python and C++
4. Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment of rapid change
5. Working experience in the robotics industry or the factory automation industry
6. Working experience at robotics startups, robotic system integrators, or robot manufacturing companies
7. Fluent Japanese for effective communication with partners and customers
8. Business-level English for effective communication with the US headquarters
