【仕事内容】
■グローバル事業及び会社全体のIR英語担当
①グローバル事業のIR資料・対外リリース英訳作成・チェック、各種社内会議・イベントでの通訳業務
②外国人投資家向けIR資料作成、英語版レポートの和訳・ポイント整理
③グローバル事業及び海外向けWEBページ・IRコンテンツのメンテナンス、IRメール等
④社外(アナリスト・投資家等)から当社に対するIR関連の問い合わせへの対応(電話、メール)
⑤海外投資家向け説明会への一部同席

・グローバル戦略企画部…部長1名・課長1名・スタッフ2名
■働き方
・平均残業時間:月20時間程度
・在宅頻度:週1～2回
・出張頻度:年1・2回
■英語の使用頻度
→ほぼ毎日。メールないし電話会議、資料作成等で使用。今後、外国人投資家対応の業務を拡大していくことから、電話での英語の問い合わせ・英語でのプレゼン実施等も頻繁に発生することも想定。
[Job description]
■ Responsible for IR English for global business and the company as a whole
1. Creating and checking English translations of IR materials and external releases for global businesses, and interpreting services at various internal meetings and events
2. Creating IR materials for foreign investors, translating English reports into Japanese, and organizing key points
3. Maintaining web pages and IR content for global businesses and overseas, IR emails, etc.
4. Respond to IR-related inquiries (telephone, email) from outside the company (analysts, investors, etc.)
5. Partial attendance at briefings for overseas investors
■ Working environment
・Average overtime hours: about 20 hours a month
・Frequency of staying at home: 1-2 times a week
・Frequency of business trips: 1-2 times a year
■ Frequency of use of English
→ Almost every day. Used for e-mails, conference calls, document creation, etc. In the future, as the company will expand the business dealing with foreign investors, inquiries in English over the phone and presentations in English will occur frequently. |

【必須要件】
■スキル :商談でも問題のない英会話力、社外に提示可能な英文の作成力
※IR業務が問題なく行える程度の会計知識があると尚良し
■経 験 :翻訳・通訳経験5年以上
※事業会社における外国人投資家向け広報業務の経験があると尚良し
[Requirements]
■Skills: English conversation skills that will not be a problem in business negotiations, and the ability to write English that can be presented outside the company
※Accounting knowledge to the extent that IR work can be performed without problems is a plus
■ Experience: More than 5 years of translation/interpretation experience
*Experience in PR work for foreign investors at a business company is a plus |
