基幹業務である『調達・購買・国際貿易』を支える重要な部署です。
国内外に向けたさまざまなビジネスを展開し、現在グローバル人材が活躍しており、スタッフの採用も非常に積極的に行なっています。
インターネットショッピングモールの貿易業務をお任せ致します。
< 調達業務>
・ネットを通じて工場を探す(アリババやオンライン展示会など)
・仕様書作成
・各社の見積もりと報告書を作成
・契約書作成
< 購買業務>
・ チャットツール(アリワンワン、WECHATなど)を使って工場とやり取り
・単価・納期交渉
・配送方法の確認(エアー便、船便など)
・支払い方法の確認(振り込み条件や通貨など)
・お客様の問い合わせ内容を翻訳し、工場に確認
< 国際物流>
・輸入関連書類作成
・物流を追跡し、入荷日程を調整
・国際送料や関税、消費税の計算

・Search for factories through the internet (Alibaba, online exhibitions, etc.)
・Creating specifications
・Create estimates and reports for each company
・Contract creation
<Purchasing operations>
・Communicate with factories using chat tools (Aliwanwan, WECHAT, etc.)
・Unit price/delivery date negotiation
・Confirm delivery method (air mail, surface mail, etc.)
・Confirmation of payment method (transfer conditions, currency, etc.)
・Translate customer inquiries and confirm with factory
<International logistics>
・Preparation of import related documents
・Track logistics and adjust delivery schedule
