Their main job is to respond to inquiries regarding services from client companies that have introduced our learning platform.
You are required to respond courteously and quickly to inquiries from customers.

▼Specific work content
・Onboarding before implementation (conducting study sessions for customers regarding service utilization)
・Support for customers to start using the service after implementation (handling inquiries from customers, creating and editing learning content)
・Respond to customer inquiries regarding the system via email, chat, and telephone (over-the-phone calls)
・Inquiry analysis, product improvement feedback
・Creation, maintenance, and improvement of help content
・Design, operation, and improvement of support tools
応募資格Requirement [Requirements]
・Over 2 years of intangible corporate sales (*Regardless of industry)
(Experience selling only to existing customers is not acceptable)
・ Required Japanese ability: Business

・Sales experience to enterprise companies
・Work experience at a SaaS company
・Work experience in the human resources development/organizational development field
・Business experience using Chinese/English
・Consulting sales experience in the IT industry
