They are planning and developing a medical device program (SaMD) to deliver timely and appropriate medical services before and after the onset of dementia from a data platform that encourages healthy users to take preventive actions.
仕事内容Job description [Overview]
You will develop a go-to-market strategy for their technology and program medical devices in Japan and overseas, as well as a partnership strategy with major modality manufacturers, and promote projects that create new value. You will also lead their business strategy for overseas markets, including North America, and play a role in delivering their technology to medical sites around the world.

[Job Description]
You will work closely with management to promote the following tasks.

1. Formulate a go-to-market plan for the domestic market and build an implementation system
You will develop a go-to-market plan for the domestic market, including channel strategy, insurance strategy, and product positioning, and build an implementation system for it.

2. Promote social implementation through partnerships with major companies
You will develop a partnership strategy with major modality manufacturers and promote projects to co-create new value with industry-leading companies.

3. Promoting business strategies for overseas markets, including North America

You will lead their business strategy to deliver their technology to medical sites around the world, and promote global expansion, including collaboration with top US medical institutions, development of sales channels overseas, and organizational construction.

*For the time being, work is expected to be carried out on a business trip basis from Japan.

They are a health tech startup developing a programmable medical device (SaMD) that uses brain science and AI to support accurate diagnosis of central nervous system diseases such as dementia. Currently, the CEO and vice president are considering overseas business expansion, and are working on partnerships with top US medical institutions as a foothold for this. In order to accelerate market expansion both domestically and internationally, they are looking for a new candidate for business development manager to lead partnerships with major companies and new business development for entry into overseas markets (especially North America).
応募資格Requirement [Required requirements]
・Experience in business development in the fields of medical devices, in vitro diagnostics, and health tech (3 years or more)
・Experience in formulating and executing go-to-market strategies in the fields of medical devices, in vitro diagnostics, and health tech
・Experience in business expansion into overseas markets (especially those familiar with the North American market are welcome)
・Required English ability: Business
・Required Japanese ability: Business
