[Job Description]

◾️About this role
This is a sales role focused on custom-made semiconductor manufacturing equipment, tailored to the specific needs of existing customers. Your responsibilities will range from arranging appointments and conducting on-site meetings to overseeing the manufacturing process and ensuring smooth delivery.

• Clients: Our clients span across diverse regions, including Asian countries like China and South Korea, as well as the United States and Europe.
• Global Opportunity: As an overseas sales representative, managing approximately 70% of the company’s total sales, you will have ample opportunities to demonstrate your skills on an international scale.
• Extensive Use of English: Frequent opportunities to use English in business negotiations allow you to leverage and enhance your language abilities.

◾️Business Trips and New Customer Development:
We are adapting to the global situation by increasing the use of online business negotiations. For overseas trips, your frequency will depend on the situation. You will also be responsible for exploring new markets where our customer presence is currently limited.

◾️Training and Support:
You will receive thorough training for six months to a year after joining, including hands-on learning through OJT and guidance from senior colleagues. All current sales team members come from various industries, so even those without prior experience in this field can start with confidence.
• Examples of past hires: Individuals with backgrounds in car dealership sales and mobile phone sales.

◾️Position Highlights:
• Each project typically ranges from 30 million to 500 million yen, with durations varying depending on scale. Large projects may take 1.5 to 2 years from the specification stage to completion.
• This role involves building long-term relationships with clients and products, offering valuable experience in cultivating deep connections with each company.

Expected annual income: 8 million to 10 million yen (sales manager)
Expected annual income: 5 million to 8 million yen (member class)
Overtime hours: 5 hours (monthly average)
