エンタメチケット提案企画営業職:Assistant Marketing Manager (Japan Market)
【業務内容】
・日本市場向けの音楽ライブ・コンサート、スポーツイベントなどを対象し、イベント主催者、制作会社、代理店、チケット販売プラットフォーム等に提案営業活動を行い、パートナーシップを確立する
・担当プロジェクトを旅行商品と連携させ、価値と魅力を高めるためにリソースを開発および統合する
・コーディネーター (PMO) として業務を円滑に行うため、自部署たけでなく、他部署(マーケティング、営業、製品部門など)と連携を取りながら、 プロジェクトの成功を推進する。
【Key Responsibilities】
1. Identify and establish partnerships with event organizers, production companies, agencies, and ticketing platforms in the Japanese market.
2. Develop and integrate resources to align projects with travel products, enhancing value and appeal.
3. Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders and resource partners in Japan.
4. Communicate and coordinate effectively on collaborative projects to ensure timely and high-quality execution.
5. Act as the project coordinator (PMO), facilitating seamless internal communication and collaboration.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product departments, to drive project success.

1. 5+ years in the entertainment or ticketing industry, with hands-on expertise in Japanese music festivals, concerts, or similar projects.
2. Proven track record in ticketing platforms or entertainment performance industries, with strong resource networks. Experience with international entertainment projects is a plus.
3. Strong knowledge of Japan's entertainment ecosystem, including concerts, anime, exhibitions, and sports events.
4. Ability to quickly identify and secure suitable resources to meet project requirements.
5. Fluent in Japanese for business communication and documentation

[Conditions]
Employment type: Full-time employee
Trial period: 6 months (working conditions are the same as for permanent hire)
Work location: Tokyo *No transfers
Working hours: 9:30-18:30 (8 hours actual work)
*Overtime is about 30 hours per month on average.
*Preferential treatment will be given based on experience, skills, and age.
*The above salary includes a fixed overtime allowance of 77,500 yen or more per month for 30 hours per month, and any excess will be paid separately.
Annual salary: 6 million yen and up 9 million yen
