・不動産会社様向けの管理画面のデザイン改善、コーディング
・社内向けの管理画面のデザイン改善、コーディング
・新規サービスのデザイン、コーディング
・サービスによっては問い合わせ時に広告料金が発生する「反響課金」というスタイルで運営をしているため、「コンバージョン(反響)」を増やすことがサービスの肝となっております。
CVRを高めるマーケティング施策を随時実施しているため、UI/UXを考えて改善、制作できる方を募集しています。
【開発体制】
Webサイトは社内で開発しています。
エンジニア、デザイナーは全員東京本社で顔の見える距離で勤務しています。
エンジニアチームやマーケティング担当と協力して、より良いサイトを作って頂きたいと思います。
・Creating, designing and coding landing pages (LP) and banners for their own services
・Designing and coding admin screens for real estate companies
・Designing and coding admin screens for internal use
・Designing and coding new services
・Depending on the service, they operate under a "response-based" model, where advertising fees are incurred when an inquiry is made, so increasing "conversions (responses)" is the key to the service.
They are constantly implementing marketing measures to increase CVR, so they are looking for someone who can improve and create with UI/UX in mind.
[Development structure]
Websites are developed in-house.
All engineers and designers work at the Tokyo headquarters, where they can see each other's faces.
They would like you to work with the engineering team and marketing staff to create a better site. |

【必須要件】
・Webデザインの実務経験2年以上
・WordPressでのサイト制作経験(Wordpressでブログを書いたことがある等)
・日本語で面接できる方
【歓迎要件】
・UI/UX改善を前提としたto Cサービスのデザインの業務経験及び実績
・SEOを意識したコーディングの経験
・LPや広告画像の制作経験
・エンジニアと協業した経験
・WordPressに詳しい方/WordPressが好きな方

・ 2+ years of experience in web design
・ Experience creating websites using WordPress (e.g., have written a blog using WordPress)
・ Can interview in Japanese
