不動産メディアをはじめとした自社Webサイト、社内業務システム、新規サービスのインフラ構築、運用、改善や、社内のPCやセキュリティの運用、改善が主なミッションとなります。
サーバーはAWSを活用しており、PHPによる自社開発のシステムで使用するWebサーバーが中心ですが、WordPressやメールサーバーなどもあります。会社の成長に合わせて老朽化したインフラの刷新が急務となっています。
開発部は全員東京本社に勤務していますので、お互いに顔の見える距離で開発しています。
個々の業務に集中するだけでなくコミュニケーションも取りやすく風通しの良い部署で仕事ができます。
■主な業務
・PC、スマートフォンを対象としたWebサイトのインフラ構築、運用、改善
・加盟店管理画面のインフラ構築、運用、改善
・社内業務システムのインフラ構築、運用、改善
・新規サービスのインフラ構築、運用、改善
・開発チームが開発したプログラムの本番リリース
・社内IT資産の運用、改善
■環境
・OS環境としてはMac、WindowsおよびLinux
・インフラの大部分はAWSを利用しています。(PHPによる自社開発のシステムで使用するWebサーバーが中心ですが、WordPressやメールサーバーなどもあります。)
・AnsibleやJenkinsなども利用しています。
The main mission is to build, operate and improve the infrastructure of their company's websites, internal business systems and new services, including real estate media, as well as operate and improve the company's PCs and security.
They use AWS servers, and mainly use web servers for their in-house developed systems using PHP, but they also have WordPress and mail servers. As the company grows, it is urgent to renew their aging infrastructure.
All members of the development department work at the Tokyo headquarters, so they develop while being able to see each other's faces.

■Main duties
・Build, operate and improve the infrastructure of websites for PCs and smartphones
・Build, operate and improve the infrastructure of the affiliated store management screen
・Build, operate and improve the infrastructure of the internal business system
・Build, operate and improve the infrastructure of new services
・Release the programs developed by the development team
・Operate and improve the company's IT assets
■Environment
・Mac, Windows and Linux as the OS environment
・Most of the infrastructure is based on AWS. (Mainly web servers used for in-house developed systems using PHP, but also WordPress and mail servers.)

・LinuxでのWebサーバー構築経験(3年以上)
・クラウド(AWS、GCPなど)に関する業務経験(2年以上)
・サーバーの運用、監視経験
・日本語で面接できる方

・メールサーバー構築経験
・Ansibleなど構成管理ツールの使用経験
・ルーターの設定、管理経験
・拠点間VPN接続などのネットワーク構築経験
