As a group corporate division, this department plans and promotes the introduction and operation of Workday, a group-wide and global integrated human resources management platform, and contributes to the growth of the group's business by promoting its utilization, configuring Workday's functions, and utilizing other HR data and HR technology.

They are currently moving from the Workday implementation phase to the value creation phase, making full use of databased human resource and organizational information. In collaboration with business leaders and human resource departments (CoE, HRBP), they are working to realize data-driven human resource management that utilizes Workday and human resource data to contribute to the business.
Our important mission is to discuss with users how to effectively utilize the IT platform (Workday) that supports the group's global human resource management and create new value, and to give shape to this. They are looking for a person who will be responsible for the operation of Workday and the planning, proposal, and execution of enhancements.

[Job Description]
As an expert in the field of human resource information and talent management systems, you will be responsible for the design, development, implementation, process transformation, and operational design of mechanisms, platforms, and methods that comply with global laws and regulations in order to realize the group's strategies. You will also be responsible for carrying out specific tasks of Digital Transformation that will lead to strategy formulation, problem solving, and value creation for CoE and HRBP through the utilization of data and systems.
You will also be involved in tasks such as building relationships with stakeholders, extracting HR issues, breaking down business requirements into detailed functional specifications, and executing and managing projects.

●Job Details
・As a member of the head office human resources department, you will support the IT platform Workday from a system perspective, plan and consider the functionality required from the business perspective and the feasibility and sustainability required from the operational perspective for linking with each company's own internal human resources system, and work with related parties to realize actual operation and value creation.
・You will be broadly responsible for understanding human resources management and related actual practices, understanding the specifications and functions of the currently operating system, function enhancements, testing, and data support associated with future platform updates, and support for deployment and utilization within the group.
・As this is a project that involves collaboration with a wide range of stakeholders, including headquarters functions, business units, group companies, and overseas teams within the project (in the UK, US, India, etc.), you will not only be required to independently carry out the tasks given to you as a person in charge, but also be proactive in coordinating and negotiating with stakeholders. They also expect you to be proactive in exploring their ideal state and solving problems, and have a mind and attitude that seeks to communicate globally.
応募資格Requirement [Requirements]
- Experience working in the HR department with HRIS (Human Resources Information System)
- Experience working in the HR department, interested in HRIS and eager to take on the challenge
- Experience implementing HRIS systems as a systems engineer

- English proficiency (able to discuss and create materials in English/TOEIC 800 or higher recommended)
- Able to actively communicate with a variety of employees, including foreigners, and build trusting relationships
- Able to proactively propose new perspectives regardless of traditional methods
- Able to patiently discuss and explain logically using data, etc.

・Work experience with Workday (SAP Success Factors is acceptable)
