[Job Description]
In order to strengthen their approach to enterprise clients, inside sales will pair up with account executives (AEs) who are in charge of cultivating relationships with specific companies, and work with the AE to develop and execute account plans to maximize sales to target companies.

This position is a managerial candidate, and in the future, you will be tasked with supporting the work of each member, as well as developing and executing short-term strategies and tactics for the inside sales unit.

-Developing short-term strategies and tactics in the inside sales field
-Training and supporting the work of inside sales organization members
-General inside sales operations (approaching and nurturing via phone, email, etc.)
-Working with sales and marketing teams to develop and execute approach plans to capture enterprise companies
-Planning, executing, and managing new outbound initiatives
-Building relationships with the management of enterprise customers to promote account plans
