In order to further accelerate the creation of solutions to solve these issues, they are looking for a person who can lead their business as a project manager to promote planning, development, and operation.

[What you will be doing]
- Planning and problem study for projects aimed at business transformation of customers
- Project management of solution development through co-creation projects
- Business study, requirement definition, release, and product growth management
- Project management of solution development based on co-creation projects, establishment of necessary agreements and contracts with customers and external partners, operational design, etc.

応募資格Requirement [Requirements]
- Experience as a PM, PL, or team leader in system development projects
- Experience in defining requirements and directing system development
- Experience in promoting the project from the discussion to the proposal by involving various stakeholders by oneself
- Driving license (standard driver's license is required for demonstration)
(There will be opportunities to transport equipment such as drone aircraft when conducting demonstrations.)
- Japanese business level or higher (all internal communications, documents, and customer correspondence will be in Japanese)

- Experience in organizing and resolving client issues through consulting
- Web product management experience (planning, requirement definition, UIUX design, development direction, etc.) at a business company
- Experience in drafting and negotiating with business decision makers
- Experience in creating facility and maintenance plans for companies in the electric power, petroleum and coal product, steel, transportation, construction, and telecommunications industries.
