新機能開発と改善施策の両輪を高いレベルで推進するプロダクト開発を目指していますが、事業やプロダクトの成長に伴い、多くの課題が生じています。
自社プロダクトの主なユーザーは、製造業のR&D部門に所属する企画・開発担当者です。彼らのミッションは、自社の新規事業の創出や技術課題の解決ですが、課題の複雑性や個別性が非常に高いため、汎用的な価値を定義する難易度が高いことが特徴です。
また昨今の生成AIのトレンドも追い風となり、マーケットのニーズは高まっております。自社にて1000億パラメーターのLLMを開発し、技術的にもスピーディーに進化を遂げています。LLMを始めとした生成AIの高度なテクノロジーとユーザー体験をスムーズに繋げることが求められています。

【お仕事の内容】
情報収集や資料作成からホワイトカラーを解放し、大企業にイノベーションを起こす自社SaaSプロダクトにおいて、PMM(プロダクトマーケティングマネージャー)をお任せします。
市場とプロダクト開発現場との橋渡し役としてプロダクト戦略の策定、施策の実行をお任せいたします。市場への投入から成長、成熟に至るまでの全ライフサイクルにおいて、プロダクトの成功を支援していく役割を担います。
■具体的な業務内容
1.市場のトレンド、競合分析、ユーザー課題の探索
2.MRD(市場要求定義書)やバリュープロポジション、ビジネスモデルキャンパスなどを用いたプロダクト戦略及び提供価値の定義
3.顧客のフィードバックを収集し、プロダクト改善に反映させるプロセスの確立
4.マーケットニーズを起点にしたプロダクトの新機能開発、改善施策の立案
・プロダクトマネージャーと協力しながらプロダクト企画の立案
・エンジニアや自然言語処理のリサーチチームと協力しながら技術的ケイパビリティの整理
・デザイナーと連携したユーザー体験の設計及びUIデザインのディレクション
・データアナリティクスチームと連携したデータ分析の推進
5.リリースされる新機能における顧客向けメッセージングからデリバリーまでの設計
・マーケティング、セールス、カスタマーサクセスなどの各部門と連携した施策の推進
・セールス向け提案資料作成支援やカスタマーサクセスの定例資料作成支援
・顧客とのMTGに同席して説明/提案
【業務体制】
機能別feture体制:PMM1名、PdM1名、プロダクトデザイナー1名、エンジニア5-7名の体制でチームを組み、プロダクト開発を推進いただきます
その他、自然言語処理のリサーチャーとも連携しながら開発を進めていきます。

The recent trend of generative AI is also a driving force, and market needs are increasing. They have developed an LLM with 100 billion parameters in-house and are evolving technically at a rapid pace. There is a demand to smoothly connect the advanced technology of generative AI, including LLM, with the user experience.
In light of this situation, PMM work, new feature development, and improvement measures are becoming increasingly important, so they are now recruiting new staff.

[Job Description]
They are hiring you as a PMM (Product Marketing Manager) for their in-house SaaS product, which frees white-collar workers from information gathering and document creation and brings innovation to large companies.
As a bridge between the market and the product development site, you will be tasked with formulating product strategies and implementing measures. You will be responsible for supporting the success of the product throughout its entire lifecycle, from market launch to growth and maturity.
■Specific duties
1. Identifying market trends, competitive analysis, and user issues
2. Defining product strategy and value provided using MRD (Market Requirement Definition), value proposition, business model canvas, etc.
3. Establishing a process to collect customer feedback and reflect it in product improvements
4. Developing new product features and planning improvement measures based on market needs
・Planning product plans in collaboration with product managers
・Organizing technical capabilities in collaboration with engineers and the natural language processing research team
・Designing user experience and directing UI design in collaboration with designers
・Promoting data analysis in collaboration with the data analytics team
5. Designing new features to be released, from messaging to delivery for customers
- Promoting measures in collaboration with each department such as marketing, sales, and customer success
- Supporting the creation of sales proposal materials and regular customer success materials
- Attending meetings with customers to explain/make proposals
[Work structure]
Feature structure by function: You will be working in a team of 1 PMM, 1 PdM, 1 product designer, and 5-7 engineers to promote product development
In addition, they will work with natural language processing researchers to advance development. |

・サービスやプロダクトグロースにおける施策立案から実行をリードした経験
・セールス/カスタマーサクセス、エンジニア/デザイナー、プロダクトマネージャーなど複数職種を取りまとめて事業開発や事業グロースを牽引したご経験
・日本語力:ビジネス
